Operations
Fixed Price Packages are available for self paying patients. Costs will depend on the anticipated length of stay, cost of any implants (spinal implants and hip/knee replacements alone cost £1,000 - £2,000), and any investigations such as ECGs, blood tests, chest xrays, stay on Intensive Care Unit, etc. The “package” includes all costs, including specialists’ fees, incurred whilst an inpatient. It includes the costs of any care due to complications within 28 days of discharge. It does not include out patient consultations.Individual prices can be given following discussion with members of the Fitzwilliam Hospital management staff (extension 304). Again, it is important you obtain a formal quotation from the hospital prior to proceeding with investigation or surgical procedure.
